When’s the best time to ring?
Between 9am and 3pm, Monday to Friday, or 8pm to 9pm, Monday to Thursday. The office may be manned at similar times during the weekend.
We usually read our email within minutes of sending.
Do I have to have your standard designs?
While we can often provide designs from our extensive range, all products can be changed in any way to suit you at no extra cost. You only need to ask!
What is your ‘free delivery’?
All items are despatched at no extra charge to addresses in mainland UK (including IOW). We use the Royal Mail for smaller packages and a courier service for larger orders. Please enquire about other destinations or delivery requirements.
Where larger orders are sent via courier, please state a safe place to leave it if you might not be available to take receipt.
We offer a full service to the customer, from initial design, through consultation to the finished article.

Q: Can I pay by credit card?
A: Yes, either online via PayPal or over the phone.
Q: Can I pay by cheque or BAC's
A: Orders are to be paid for ideally by debit or credit cards. Cheques can be taken, but please allow for time to clear. BACS payments are accepted as well, please ask for details.
Q: Can I speak to a Sales Assistant for advice on my purchase?
A: Yes! Monday - Friday 9am - 3pm, we are a small family business here to help.
Q: Can I place my order over the phone?
A: Yes! Our Sales Line is open Monday - Friday.
Q: How can I pay for my order?
A: We are pleased to accept all credit/debit cards and we may accept payment by Cheque. Only cheques drawn on any bank within the UK. Please allow 7 working days for cheques to clear.
Q: How quickly will my order be sent?
A: We will make every effort to send items within the time stated usually less than 7 days. In the unlikely event of an item being out of stock or delayed, we will notify you immediately to ensure that our revised delivery date is acceptable.
All goods will be delivered to your door by carrier service where a signature will be required. If a delivery is made whilst you are out a card will be left giving details of a local collection point for the goods to be collected by yourself or a number to call to rearrange the delivery of your goods. We are not liable for loss occasioned by delay in delivery arising out of any cause beyond our control.
Q: How do I make a return?
A: We are sure that you will be delighted with your purchases. However, if your order is faulty and you wish to return an item, please inform us by e-mail or phone within seven days of receipt.
We advise that you send your package by recorded delivery as we can not be held responsible for any items lost or damaged during return to us.
The cost of return will be borne by the customer unless the item is deemed to be faulty by ourselves. We cannot refund products without the original packaging or products that have been altered in any way.
Q: Can I have my order delivered to a different address?
A: Yes! Just let us know at the time of ordering.
